Sound ID: The tool you ddint know you needed

Unless you're in a void; spaces have one thing in common when it comes to sound, they reflect based on their environement. Each studio needs a different placement for better suitable audio at a good balance. Depending on how much furniture you have absorbing the sound, you will need to install some sound panels to absorb the sound, put your monitors a specific position, etc. So many things to think about, because you need your studio to sound as balanced as possible in order to have a good reference when making music. You don't want you music to sound a certain way, then it sounds completely different when you're testing it on a different sound system.
To be honest, for the longest time we unfortunately had a big problem in our studio, and finally we were able to fix the issue once our friend Mustafa Ismaeel passed through and showed us one of his new tools he kept bragging about. On his last visit to our studio, he brought his Sonarwork SoundID microphone and let our studio get swept away with frequency blasts for 15 mins, and then boom. it knew exactly how much phase & levels problems we were having in what area, and it automatically balanced the levels of the frequency based on what it knew.
We were speechless, all our music sounded different now! It's like we just unplugged a bunch of clutter from our ears. this whole time we could of done this! Wtf. We were so impressed and carried away at listening to so many of our track mesmerized with how much resonance our studio was making from bouncing back frequencies. A whole part of the sound was just artificial...
